here's where i go to cry

i don’t like feeling things in my head but not in my chest because my vision gets all blurry and i start swimming in hot water again

#this doesn't make sense but i just want to get it out #like feeling things in my chest is miserable because i know like wow I must really be depressed but feeling in my head is worse #because i can't tell what's real and what's not #i guess I just feel empty most of the time
